This permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to partner directly with branch leaders across Australian offices, balancing daily operational HR with high-impact organisational transformation and future workforce planning. You are a seasoned HR professional and strategic thinker. Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport, supply chain, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly regarded. You bring exceptional communication and influencing skills, sound industrial relations judgment, and the ability to comfortably move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
